The second edition of the Commonalities and Differences across Competition Laws in ASEAN and Areas Feasible for Regional Convergence is an update to the 2020 version of this publication.

This Study is intended to fulfil ACAP Outcome 5.1.1 of assessing “commonalities and differences in competition legislations” and Outcome 5.2.1 of developing “a strategy paper on areas reasonable for regional convergence”.
