ASEAN is keen to ensure that capacity building needs for competition law enforcement are reviewed to take into account the many significant and recent developments related to competition policy and law in the region. The ASEAN Regional Capacity Building Roadmap for Competition 2017-2020 (ARCBR) sets out to establish the gaps in capacity which exist across the ASEAN region. The report concludes with specific recommendations for capacity building within the individual jurisdiction.
