The “Talk Show on Key Points about the Competition Law” was recorded on November 29, 2023, at Myanmar Radio and Television (Tatkon) and was broadcast on December 23 and 24, 2023.

In the program, Mr. Than Maung, Vice-Chairman of the Myanmar Competition Commission, along with commission members Dr. Moe Moe Thwe, Director General of the Intellectual Property Department, and Dr. Thuta Aung, the Commissioner of MMCC participated in the discussion.

The program covered perspectives on the Competition Law from legal and economic viewpoints, as well as the connections between the Competition Law and the Intellectual Property Law.
