The Philippine Competition Commission (PCC) celebrated its first anniversary as an organization at the Chardonnay by Astoria yesterday. PCC Chairman Arsenio Balisacan, together with the Commissioners, officials, and staff, welcomed guests from key government agencies, development partners, and sector regulators. Among those who expressed their message of support to PCC were Department of Budget and Management Secretary Benjamin Diokno and Asian Development Bank Country Director Richard Bolt.
