The Philippine Competition Commission (PCC) issued the draft Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) for Republic Act 10667 or the Philippine Competition Act of 2015, a game-changing legislation against anti-competitive agreements, abuse of dominant position, and anti-competitive mergers and acquisitions.

The draft IRR was released on May 10, 2016 for public comments. PCC invites all stakeholders and interested individuals to submit their comments on the draft not later than 5:00 p.m. of May 25, 2016. Please use subject title “Comments on PCA’s IRR”

The draft IRR will undergo public consultations through public fora in Cebu, Davao, and Manila during the month of May. A revised and final IRR will be posted on the website in June, 2016.
