The Philippine Competition Commission (PCC) presented its draft Rules of Procedure as it consulted with different stakeholders, including representatives from the business sector, law firms, and the academe in Manila, Davao and Cebu in June 2017. The final Rules of Procedure will be published and posted on the PCC’s website in August 2017.
