Myanmar Competition Commission (MMCC) organized a training session from 3^rd to 6^th June, 2024 at Myanmar Competition Commission Office, Nay Pyi Taw, aimed at enhancing the comprehensive insight into the legal framework, experiences and best practices in India Competition Law. The training session was delivered by three senior officials from the Competition Commission of India (CCI), Mr. Ved Prakash Mishra, Adviser (Law), Mr. Shekhar, Director (FA) and Mr. Anand Vikas Mishra, Joint Director, who shared their expertise and insights on competition law enforcement and best practices from their experience in India. 

Myanmar Competition Commission Member, Dr. Thuta Aung, gave a welcome address and Advisor (Law) of CCI, Mr. Ved Prakash Mishra, gave an introductory remark at the training.

The session was attended by the mid-level officials from Ministry of Commerce, Legal Advisory Unit of Ministry of Commerce, Commission Office and relevant Ministries.
