PCC Statement on the Opening of Phase II Review:
Proposed Joint Venture between Dasmariñas Local Water District
and PrimeWater Infrastructure Corp.

The Mergers and Acquisitions Office (MAO) of the Philippine Competition Commission (PCC) invites stakeholders such as water suppliers, septage management providers, representatives from other water districts, sanitary and hydro engineers, residents of Dasmariñas, Cavite and interested individuals to submit their thoughts and comments on the joint venture between Dasmariñas Local Water District and PrimeWater Infrastructure Corp., which is currently pending review.

The public may send their comments via e-mail to mergers@phcc.gov.ph with subject title “Comments on Dasma Water-Prime Water Transaction,” or via mail to Philippine Competition Commission located at 25th Floor Tower 1, Vertis North Corporate Center, North Avenue, Quezon City 1105.  Comments will be received by the PCC Mergers and Acquisitions Office on or before 15 March 2019.
