ABSTRACT:

The transaction involves the acquisition by GIP Zenith Cayco II, Ltd., GIP III Zenith Trust III, and GIP Zenith Cayco IV, Ltd. (collectively, “GIP”) of 100% of the equity interest in Equis Energy, Equis Energy II and Equis Energy III (collectively, “Equis”), respectively.

Equis is an independent power producer focused on developing, building, operating and owning renewable energy generation assets in Australia, India, Indonesia, Japan, Philippines, Taiwan and Thailand.

GIP is an independent specialist infrastructure fund manager primarily active in Europe, Australia and Americas.
