Joint Venture between Century Properties Group Inc. and Mitsubishi Corporation

ABSTRACT:

This transaction involves the joint venture agreement between CPGI and Mitsubishi to engage in the development, construction and sale of residential properties on parcel/s of land/s in the Philippines.

The JV Agreement was executed between CPGI and Mitsubishi on 16 May 2018. The Parties intend to invest in the Project through the purchase and subscription of shares in “NEWCO,” which will be incorporated with the Securities and Exchange Commission upon the approval of the Philippine Competition Commission.
