An effective competition law enforcement is a critical element of a well-functioning competition regime. With a comprehensive Philippine Competition Act (PCA) in place, the fundamental role of the legal profession and the judiciary in interpreting and implementing the new law has come to fore. In partnership with the British Embassy, the Philippine Competition Commission holds a seminar on judicial enforcement of competition law which aims to build awareness within the legal profession and the judiciary on the aspects of the PCA relevant to competition law enforcement.
